Please note that The Enchanted Unicorn, A Children's Boutique values each customer that visits our website. It is our policy not to share or sell our customer's personal information to any third party.

We use Campaigner, an email advertising service to individually email our newsletter to those customers interested in receiving it. If you would like to receive emails regarding sales, promotions and new arrivals, please click the "Newsletter" icon at the bottom of each screen to sign up for our free newsletter thru Campaigner. If you sign up for our newsletter and do not wish to receive it anymore, simply unsubscribe and you will be removed from our list and we will no longer contact you.

Orders for in-stock items are normally processed and shipped the following business day. If an order is placed on Friday, I will try to process the order that day, if I am unable to, I will process and ship it on the following Monday.

If an item is out-of-stock, I will contact the manufacturer/designer to see if I am able to get another piece, if so, please allow additional time for processing. Sometimes the manufacturer/designer will ship it directly to the customer, and sometimes it will be shipped directly to me. If the item is shipped to me and I have to ship it to the customer, there may be an additional shipping charge.

FURNITURE, BEDDING & ARTWORK POLICY:

ALL CUSTOM FURNITURE, BEDDING, & ARTWORK, PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM THE DESIGNERS AND WILL HAVE AN ADDITIONAL FREIGHT SHIPPING FEE AND/OR DROP SHIP FEE THAT THE DESIGNER WILL SET. PLEASE ALLOW 4-12 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY. ALL CUSTOM FURNITURE, BEDDING AND ARTWORK ARE NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS. WE REQUIRE A 65% DEPOSIT AT TIME THE ORDER IS PLACED. THIS 65% DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF ORDER IS CANCELLED.

Express Shipping is only available in the 48 contiguous United States. ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED FOR PRIORITY AND EXPRESS DELIVERY ON WEEKENDS. IF AN ORDER IS PLACED ON FRIDAY, IT WILL BE PROCESSED ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. MONDAY WILL ACT AS THE FIRST DAY THE ORDER WAS PLACED.

APPAREL AND GIFTS RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:



Apparel(excludes special orders, Christening items and monogramming) or gifts may be returned within 15 days of the day you received the order, unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, for a complete refund(excluding shipping charges). Please contact us for a Return Authorization number before returning any merchandise – this number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or the package will be refused at the warehouse.

If you miss the 15 day return window and the items have never been washed, worn and are still in the original packaging, I will be more than happy to extend the window an extra 15 days and issue an exchange or a store credit.

Returns/Exchanges must be postmarked within 15-30 days of the date you received your order. If I receive a return without an Authorization, a 50% restocking fee will be charged and the remaining balance will be issued as a store credit.

SIZE EXCHANGE or exchange for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Simply order the new item online and we will process the new order and ship it promptly. Your account will be credited when we receive your returned item.

PLEASE NOTE: THE AIR FLOW AND COSTUME PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER AND HAVE AN ADDED DROP SHIP FEE AND/OR FREIGHT FEE. THIS IS REFLECTED IN THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. ITEMS FROM THESE VENDOR ARE NON-RETURNABLE UNLESS THERE IS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT!

PLEASE NOTE:

PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM items such as monogramming, custom furniture orders, custom bedding, artwork and items that are custom ordered such as Christening gowns and holiday dress are NOT returnable. Unless there is a manufacturer defect.

SALE MERCHANDISE may be returned for store credit only.

ALL HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE are final sales as of the date of the holiday. This includes all holiday attire for Christmas, Haunkkah, Easter, Thanksgiving dresses and all Holiday casualwear. Items sent back with an unauthorized return number, will be subject to a 50% restocking fee and remaining balance issued as a store credit.

Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping charge subtracted from your purchase.
